Welcome to the decentralised student guidance service at Communication and Digital Media. We’re the decentralised student counsellors of the basic module in Communication and Digital Media and the master’s degree programmes in Communication and Digital Media. The student counsellors provide you with the opportunity to talk about various topics, such as:
- Study programme structure and content
- Study environment
- Examination forms
- Credit transfer
- Traineeship
- Stays abroad
You’re always welcome to contact the student counsellors if you have any questions. Below you’ll find our contact information and office hours. We’re bound by professional secrecy; anything you wish to discuss with us stays between us. We cooperate with other student counsellors at AAU, and if we are not able to help you ourselves, we probably know where to find the right help.
From time to time our office hours may change, so it might be a good idea to make an appointment with us by sending us an email. But if you don’t have an appointment, you’re still welcome to show up during our office ours. Please note, you’ll need an active student ID card to access the campus in Aalborg, so if you’re not a student at AAU, please make an appointment with the student counsellors so they’ll know to let you in.
We check our email on a regular basis and try to respond as soon as possible. If you need to make an appointment outside of the office hours, you may arrange this with the student counsellors. Please contact the student counsellors to make arrangements.
The student counsellors reserve the right to change their office hours.
